Our Menu
Our menu was designed with comfort in mind, sort of like that old Howlin' Wolf song in which he sings, "I'm built for comfort, I ain't built for speed." We aren't in a hurry either when it comes to making our soups, sauces, marinades or dressings. We cook on a slow flame and love that homemade taste.
For offerings on the menu we have selected items we grew up with like homemade meatloaf, macaroni and cheese, fried green tomatoes and slow cooked BBQ baby back ribs. To complement our entrees we have a slew of regional favorites to select from such as fried okra, cheddar cheese grits or greens like Mama made. And of course we also offer some favorite American standards like half pound burgers made from fresh ground chuck, marinated salmon and a very tasty and tender rib eye steak.
